1. Nature of the Service
• Intermediary marketplace: MopayShop provides a platform connecting Buyers and Sellers. The sales contract is directly between the two parties; MopayShop is not responsible for product quality, warranties, or the completion of transactions.
• Authority: MopayShop reserves the right to modify services, refuse account registration, or suspend user accounts without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities
• Security: Users are responsible for managing their passwords and all activities under their accounts.
• Prohibited conduct: No fraud, no spamming, no system hacking, no use of fake/simulated accounts, and no listing of illegal or intellectual property–infringing products.
• Personal data: Users agree that MopayShop may collect and use their information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Payments & Seller Wallet
• Methods: Supports Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Installments, and Buy Now Pay Later (SPayLater).
• Withdrawal from Wallet: Sales proceeds are transferred to the Wallet 3 days after successful delivery (or when the buyer confirms receipt).
• Right of deduction: MopayShop reserves the right to automatically deduct funds from the Wallet to correct transaction errors, recover debts, collect advertising fees, or in cases of detected fraud.
4. Handling Violations
If the terms are violated, the account may be subject to:
• Product removal or restriction of privileges.
• Freezing of sales funds or permanent account suspension.
• Criminal prosecution or civil lawsuits depending on the severity.
